Arrest Made For School Threats 21 Nov 13

A Waseca man is facing criminal charges after allegedly threatening school staff earlier this week. Authorities say that 31 year-old Eric Freund entered the Central Intermediate School building in Waseca at around 1:30 Monday afternoon and demanded to see his non-custodial child. The classroom was locked down because of Freund’s behavior, and he was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and Obstruction of the Legal Process. Freund was released from the Waseca County Jail on Tuesday on several conditions, including no trespassing at the school. He is scheduled to be back in court on December 3rd.
