Wild Host Jets Tonight, Recall Veilleux 10 Oct 13

 The Minnesota Wild begin a two-game homestand tonight against the Winnipeg Jets at Xcel Energy Center. The puck drops at 7pm, pregame begins at 6:30pm on 860 AM KNUJ. Minnesota will then host Dallas on Saturday.  The Wild are still in search of their first win of the season following losses to Los Angeles, Anaheim and most recently at Nashville on Tuesday.  The Jets are 2-and-1.

 Wild Recall Veilleux

The Wild have recalled forward Stephen Veilleux [[ steph-AWN  vay-OO ]] from Iowa of the AHL.  The 31-year-old Veilleux has tallied 46 goals and 55 assists over 460 career games with Minnesota, Tampa and New Jersey.  The team also assigned forwards Carson McMillan and Jason Zucker to Iowa.
