Authorities in western Minnesota are asking for help locating a vehicle involved in a high-speed chase over the weekend. A Swift County sheriff’s deputy pulled over a Pontiac Grand Prix for registration and equipment violations Saturday night when the vehicle sped off. The pursuit reached speeds of over a hundred miles-per-hour on Highway 12 and continued on gravel roads in the Kerkhoven and Murdock areas. The squad car ended up losing sight of the suspect vehicle. Investigators are searching for a 2000 or later model silver Grand Prix with no rear license plate.
