A total of 13 people were ejected from their vehicle early Thursday when a van carrying 15 employees from a meatpacking plant rolled on an icy highway near Worthington. The crash happened at around 1:40am on Interstate 90. The state patrol says that 4 of the 15 passengers were seriously hurt. All 15 people in the van were from Sioux Falls, South Dakota, and reportedly work for JBS meatpacking in Worthington. They were all initially treated at the Worthington Medical Center. Nine were discharged, but one patient remained at the Worthington hospital and five others were transported to Sioux Falls.
