Pumpkin Ice Cream Squares

1-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/4 cup sugar

1/4 cup melted butter

1 – 16oz can pumpkin

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

1/8 tsp cloves

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp ginger

1 qt vanilla ice cream

Mix and press graham cracker crumbs, white sugar and butter into bottom of 9 inch square pan. Combine pumpkin, brown sugar, cinnamon, cloves, salt and ginger; then fold in ice cream and pour into pan. Cover and freeze until firm. Cut into squares about 20 minutes before serving.
