A third suspect has been arrested in the death of an Annandale man. 22-year-old Gray David Soltis was booked early Wednesday for investigation of second-degree murder. 42-year-old Kyle Greene died early Saturday after being shot in his garage during a robbery. 19-year-old Tyler James Fisher of Annandale is charged with aiding and abetting murder and aggravated robbery, among other counts. 19-year-old Samara Leigh Juhl of Otsego is also charged with aiding and abetting robbery. Fisher told investigators that three other people went into Greene’s residence to rob him of drugs and money, and that one of them shot Greene with a shotgun. He says he was the getaway driver. Juhl is accused of sending text messages to Greene to set up the drug deal that led to the shooting. Investigators continue to ask for the public’s help finding the other two suspects.
