Williams Back At Practice 12 Sep 13

 Vikings defensive tackle Kevin Williams is back practicing with the team.  Williams said his knee “felt great” after practicing with the team on a limited basis on Wednesday.  The 33-year-old has been out since suffering a severe strained right knee during the third preseason game at San Francisco.  The Vikings travel to Chicago this Sunday.

 Tillman Listed On Injury Report

Chicago Bears cornerback Charles Tillman was the lone player listed on the team’s injury report.  He was limited in practice yesterday with a knee injury.  Bears head coach Marc Trestman, a St. Louis Park native, anticipates Tillman to play and not miss Sunday’s game against the Minnesota Vikings.  Tillman had two interceptions in Week One.

 Lions’ Suh Appealing Fine

Detroit Lions defensive tackle Ndamukong [[ en-dom-uh-kon SOO ]] is appealing his fine by the NFL.  Suh was hit with a 100-thousand dollar penalty by the league for a low block to the legs of Minnesota center John Sullivan in Sunday’s season opener.   It happened during an interception return.  The former Nebraska star has been fined multiple times for personal fouls since coming into the league in 2010.
