The Springfield School Board recently approved a resolution calling for a pair of levy referendum questions to be put before voters this November. The district will first be asking Springfield area residents to renew the $600 per-pupil operating levy that was originally approved in 2003. That 10-year levy is set to expire at the end of the current school year. A second question on the ballot for Springfield residents will ask for an additional $100 per-pupil in order to bolster educational technology. Election Day is November 5th.
