More information has now been released on a pair of farm accidents in Wright County over the weekend that left one man dead and another seriously injured. The first took place at around 6:40pm Friday in Stockholm Township. 54-year-old Craig Wanous of Hutchinson apparently became entangled in the cutter head of a self-propelled field chopper while trying to remove corn stalks jamming the machine. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The second incident occurred at 3:15pm Saturday at Terning Seeds in Stockholm Township. Seasonal employee 57-year-old Jose Molinr of Long Beach, California had his hands and arms crushed by a corn husking machine. He was airlifted to the Hennepin County Medical Center for treatment.
