The 23-year-old Minnesota woman accused of robbing five banks within a few weeks, including a bank in Cologne, has been officially charged for one of the holdups. Ranya Al-Huthaili of Roseville was charged Thursday in federal court in Madison, Wisconsin, with robbing the Dairy State Bank in Menomonie last Monday. That’s the last of the heists she’s accused of pulling off. Al-Huthaili was arrested that Monday evening at the Rosedale Shopping Center. She also allegedly held up Minnesota banks in Cologne, Stacy and Forest Lake, then one in Hudson, Wisconsin. Authorities say the female bank robber would hide behind big, black sunglasses. She remains in federal custody.
