Chocolate Mint Brownies

3/4 cup sugar

1/2 cup butter

3 beaten eggs

1 cup flour

1/2 tsp salt

1 – 16oz can Hershey’s chocolate syrup

Mix in order given. Pour into greased 9×13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool.

Frosting:

2 cups powdered sugar

1/2 cup butter

2 tbsp milk

1/2 tsp peppermint extract

green food coloring

Mix in order given. Spread over cooled brownies. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Melt 1 cup chocolate chips and 6 tablespoons butter. Spread over top.
