BBQ Chicken Wings

3 lb chicken wings

1/2 cup vinegar

1 cup brown sugar, packed

1 cup catsup

2 tbsp flour

2 tsp celery salt

1 tsp ground cloves

1 tsp dry mustard

2 cloves garlic

Place wings in a single layer in a greased baking pan. Combine vinegar, sugar, catsup, flour, celery salt, cloves and mustard in a saucepan. Bring to a boil; simmer until smooth. Pour over chicken wings and marinate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours, covered for the first hour.
