Wal-Mart Kidnapper Back In Jail 05 Aug 13

The Worthington woman who spent time in jail after kidnapping an employee at the New Ulm Wal-Mart last year and claiming there was a bomb in the building is back in custody on a probation violation. This is the third such violation for 39-year-old Elisheba Swett after being sentenced to 20 years of probation for the incident at the Wal-Mart. Authorities say that her latest arrest was for failure to remain law abiding and failure to abstain from alcohol usage. She is scheduled to make an appearance in Brown County Court on the violation on Tuesday.
