A former gas station employee from St. Peter is facing a felony Lottery Fraud charge for allegedly stealing scratch-off tickets during her shift. 20-year-old Kathryn Erickson was reportedly working alone at the St. Peter Budget Mart store when 10 tickets were taken on one occasion and 6 more a week later. Surveillance videos from the store allegedly show Erickson scratching the tickets and them scanning them and taking the winnings. The tickets were reportedly worth a total of $145, and she apparently won $125. Erickson has also been charged with a lesser count of theft for the crimes.
