Relief From The Heat Is On The Way 29 Aug 13

This latest heatwave is expected to continue for a couple more days in Minnesota, but there is some relief in sight. National Weather Service Forecaster Jacob Beitlich says the models show that a cold front will move through over the weekend, which will really bring temperatures and humidity down. On Sunday he expects highs in the 70s across Northern Minnesota and 80s in the South, and on Monday maybe highs in the upper 60s in the Arrowhead and mid-70s for the rest of the state. A Heat Advisory remains in effect for the local area through tonight (THU).
