The Minnesota Department of Revenue has updated its list of Minnesota businesses prohibited from purchasing liquor, beer or wine to resell. The department updates the list each month to reflect companies that have failed to pay taxes to the state. Local area businesses added to the list this week that are now 10 days or more delinquent in their tax payments include: Tami’s On The Ave in Fairmont, Parkside Tavern in Hamburg, Captain Jack’s Liquor and Dutler’s Bowl in Mankato, the Redwood Falls Golf Course, Shenaniganz in Renville, and the Seaforth Tavern. Local businesses that remain on the delinquent tax list from a previous posting include Minnesota Tubby’s in Cobden and the Mitierra Mexican Restaurant in St. James. And local businesses that were recently removed from the list include Aardvark’s Bar and Grill in Truman, the Crow Bar in Courtland, the Boat Landing in Madison Lake, Pauly’s Pub in New Prague, Dina’s on Main in Lake Crystal, and El Loro II in Hutchinson.
