Three separate felony cases have now been filed in Nicollet County Court against the St. Peter man who evaded authorities for several weeks last month. The latest charges against 31-year-old Jacob Friedrichs include multiple counts of theft, burglary, and receiving stolen property. In one case, Friedrichs and another man are accused of taking two ATVs from a rural Nicollet County residence. A witness told investigators that Friedrichs tried to sell him an ATV. In another case, Friedrichs is accused of crawling through a doggie door to burglarize a rural home. Several TVs, a handgun, diamond earrings, and other items were reportedly taken. A man who allegedly helped Friedrichs in the robbery told investigators that Friedrichs offered him a TV to “keep his mouth shut.” The third case involves Friedrichs allegedly parking a stolen trailer on his stepfather’s property. Friedrichs also faces felony charges in Blue Earth County.
