Garden Club Chicken Salad

2-1/2 cups diced, cooked chicken

1 cup finely cut celery

1 cup grapes

1 cup finely chopped nuts

1 tsp onion, minced

1 tsp salt

1 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped


olives, sweet pickles or cherry tomatoes for garnish

In a large bowl, mix chicken, celery, grapes, nuts, onion, salt, mayonnaise and cream. Chill. Serve on lettuce and garnish.
