Carrot Casserole

4 cups cooked carrots

1 onion, chopped

3 Tbsp butter

1 can celery soup 

salt and pepper

1/2 cup diced cheese

3 cups croutons

1/2 cup melted butter

Cook carrots and saute onions in 3 tablespoons of butter. Add soup, salt, pepper and cheese and mix together. Put in 9×13 inch pan. Top with croutons and melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees until thoroughly heated, about 30-45 minutes.
