Alleged Coke Dealer Busted 02 Aug 13

Thousands of dollars in cash and more than two ounces of cocaine, as well as several firearms were seized in a drug raid in Blue Earth County this week. A confidential informant was used by the Minnesota River Valley Drug Task Force to allegedly purchase cocaine from 40-year-old Paul Douglas Lundgren on 3 different occasions over the past week, and his home south of Mankato was then searched on Monday and he was arrested. Around a half-ounce of coke was purchased for about $1,500 in the stings, and a large quantity of the drug was then found in Lundgren’s home, along with over $10,000 in cash and more than 10 firearms. Lundgren appeared in court Tuesday for felony charges of first-degree drug sales and drug possession, as well as a gross misdemeanor charge of child endangerment. His bail has been set at $25,000.
