New Ulm Terroristic Threats 10 Jul 13

A New Ulm man has been charged with felony terroristic threats in Brown County Court. 42-year-old Scott Douglas Blokzyl was apparently involved in a disturbance at a home on North Broadway in New Ulm on July 4th. A man at the residence told police that he and another person had been driving to the Brown County Law Enforcement Center to report a threat made by Blokzyl when he allegedly drove up next to them on a motorcycle and made a shooting gesture with his hand several times. Blokzyl then allegedly motioned for them to follow him to a parking lot, where he reportedly said “Get out of my head or I’ll kill you and your family.” He remains in custody in the Brown County Jail, with bail set at $75,000.
