A North Mankato man is facing multiple charges after a call on Sunday concerning a naked man on a bridge led to a car chase with police. 34-year-old David J. Troseth was charged with felony fleeing police in a motor vehicle as well as indecent exposure and DWI in Nicollet County Court Monday. Troseth was allegedly standing on a bridge in Seven Mile Creek Park near St. Peter at around 2pm Sunday and acting in a lewd manner. He reportedly drove away while authorities were responding, and went south on Highway 169. A short pursuit took place when Troseth allegedly refused to pull over, and state troopers deployed a spike strip. Troseth stopped his vehicle after exiting onto Highway 14, but still refused to get out, so authorities broke his windows and removed him by force. He is currently being held in Detox.
