Ice Cream Cake

60 Ritz crackers

1 stick butter

1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream

1/2 cup milk

2 pkgs instant coconut cream pudding

1 – 8oz Cool Whip

Melt butter and crumble Ritz crackers. Mix butter and crackers and line bottom of 9×13 inch pan. Save some crumbs for top of cake. Soften ice cream. Beat in milk and instant pudding and mix well. Place mixture over crumbs. Top with Cool Whip. Sprinkle some crumbs on top and refrigerate.
