The 38th annual Catfish Derby Days is underway in the City of Franklin. The highlights of the festival  include a fishing contest, sports tournaments, a Queen Contest/Variety Show, the annual Kiddie Parade at 1pm Sunday followed by the Grand Parade at 1:30, music in the park and street dances, a flea market, kids pedal-pull and waterball competitions, food and beverages, raffle drawings, the annual Kiss The Catfish contest, and much more.

Also taking place around the area this weekend, there’s Truman Days in the City of Truman and Olivia Corn Capital Days.
