An Olivia man has been sentenced to 49-months in prison for being a felon in possession of a firearm as well as possessing synthetic marijuana. Agents with the Brown-Lyon-Redwood Drug Task Force executed a search warrant at a home in Fairfax, and found 26-year-old Dustin Patrick Reinhart to be in possession of over a quarter-pound of K2 Spice, as well as a rifle with the serial number removed. It was later determined that the rifle had been stolen from the Farm Mercantile hardware store in Fairfax. Reinhart was ordered to report to the state correctional facility in St. Cloud to begin serving the more-than 4-year prison sentence as of Wednesday. He has a long list of prior crimes in Brown, Nicollet and Sibley Counties as well.
