Potato Bake 03 Jun 13

1 (2lb) bag frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1/2 cup butter, melted
salt and pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 – 10-1/2oz can cream of chicken soup
1 – 12oz carton sour cream
2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
2 cups Corn Flakes, crushed
1/4 cup melted butter

In large mixing bowl, stir together the thawed potatoes, ½ cup butter, salt, pepper, onion, soup, sour cream and cheese. Pour the mixture into a buttered 9×13 inch pan. Drizzle with ¼ cup melted butter and sprinkle with paprika. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
