MAPE Union Agreement Reached 29 Jun 13

Officials with the Minnesota Association of Professional Employees union say they have reached a tentative contract agreement with the Dayton administration. The current contract is set to expire on June 30th. MAPE state employee union members would receive across-the-board raises of 3% for each year of the two-year contract, but will pay more for health care premiums. Union members first vote on the tentative contract and, if ratified, it then goes to the legislature for approval.
