1 pkg cream cheese, softened
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 prepared graham cracker crust

Squeeze the lemon to get the juice. Set aside. In a food processor, combine the cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice and blend until smooth. Pour the blended mixture into the pie crust and refrigerate until set.
