Fettuccine Alfredo 28 Jun 13

1 lb fettuccine noodles
1/2 lb butter
2-1/2 cups heavy cream
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp milk
salt and pepper to taste

Cook noodles for 15 minutes in boiling water. In the meantime, melt butter and add in cream, Parmesan cheese salt and pepper. Drain noodles and mix with cheese sauce. May serve with extra grated cheese.
