Slow Cooked Beef Tortillas 09 May 13

1 beef roast
1-2 cans minced chile peppers
1 can minced jalapenos
water or beef stock
1 bag shredded cheese
corn or floured tortillas

In crockpot, add beef roast, chiles, jalapenos, water or beef stock. Cook for approximately 8 hours or until tender. After cooked, shred beef while in crockpot. Spread a generous portion of beef and pepper in tortilla. Sprinkle your favorite type of cheese over beef; wrap and serve.
