Roast Beef 28 May 13

1 – 3lb roast
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 packed onion soup mix

Using aluminum foil, place the foil in the bottom of a casserole dish, with enough foil hanging over the edges that it can be folded over the roast for baking. Sprinkle with onion soup mix on the foil on the bottom of the casserole dish. Place the roast on top of the onion soup mix. Then, put the can of cream of mushroom soup on top of the roast. Fold and seal together the foil so the roast and other ingredients are enclosed. Bake at 325 degrees for 3 hours.
