Meatballs with Sauerkraut 20 May 13

1-1/2 lb ground beef
1 cup bread crumbs
2 eggs
1 pkg onion soup mix
1 can sauerkraut, drained
1 can whole cranberry sauce
1 jar chili sauce
1 jar water
1/2 cup brown sugar

Mix together beef, crumbs, eggs and soup mix. Shape into meatballs and put in 9×13 inch baking dish. Cover with drained sauerkraut. Combine remaining ingredients and simmer 15 minutes; pour over meatballs and sauerkraut. Bake at 300 degrees for 1-1/2 hours.
