Hamburger Vegetable Soup 21 May 13

1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 – 12oz can V-8 juice
7 cups beef broth
3 cups frozen mixed vegetables
2 sliced carrots
2 potatoes, peeled and diced
1/4 tsp celery salt
salt and pepper, to taste

Brown hamburger meat with onion in a large pot. When the meat is browned, drain. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes.
