Gustavus Adolphus Fulbright Scholars 06 May 13

Two seniors at St. Peter’s Gustavus Adolphus College have received Fulbright English Teaching Assistantship Grants to teach overseas. Ally Voss will serve as an English teaching assistant at a school in Spain for more than nine months. She is a native of Wausau, Wisconsin who will graduate from Gustavus this spring with a double major in Spanish and sociology and anthropology. Gustavus Senior Joey Taylor is a native of Washington, Illinois who will be going to Russia. He is a Russian studies and political science double major who has served as a Russian tutor, and has studied abroad in Russia previously. The Fulbright Program was established in 1946 to increase mutual understanding between US residents and the people of other countries.
