Beef Straganoff 15 May 13

1 lb beef steak
2 tsp flour
3 tablespoons flour
1 small onion, chopped
1 lb mushrooms
1/2 cup beef broth
1 tablespoon mustard
1/4 cup cream
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons minced

Sear meat on all sides and remove. In a skillet, heat butter and stir in mushrooms and onions until golden. Blend broth, mustard, cream and sour cream on low heat. Add flour and cook for 1 minute. Whisk in liquids; thicken sauce on low heat for 5 minutes. Add beef and all seasonings. Serve over noodles.
