5-Can Beef Stew 30 May 13

1 lb stew beef, cubed
1 – 14-1/2 oz can diced tomatoes
1 – 14-1/2 oz can green beans
1 – 15-1/2 oz can corn
1 – 14-1/2 oz can sliced carrots
1 – 14-1/2 oz can diced potatoes
1 cup brewed coffee
1 oz pkg onion soup mix

Place beef in a slow cooker. Pour all vegetables, without draining, over top. Add coffee. Sprinkle soup mixture over all. Mix gently with a large spoon. Cover and cook on low setting for 8 hours.
