A Minnesota woman will spend three more years behind bars for strangling another inmate with a rope at the Waseca federal prison. Forty-six-year-old Felecia Thomas was sentenced Friday after pleading guilty to assault with a dangerous weapon. The indictment alleges that Thomas used a rope from a laundry bag to assault an inmate in June of 2011. The victim survived. Thomas was serving time on a 2004 conviction for arson and use of explosives during a felony.
