Spring Salad 12 Apr 13

3 cups macaroni rings
2 cups sliced cucumbers
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup onions
2 cups shredded carrots
1/4 tsp nutmeg
3/4 cups sugar
1-1/2 cups salad dressing
1/2 cup vinegar
salt and pepper to taste

Cook macaroni rings and rinse with cold water. Mix the other ingredients together and combine with cooled macaroni. Refrigerate overnight.
