Saturday Mail Delivery To Continue 11 Apr 13

The US Postal Service is putting a stop to its plan to cut Saturday mail delivery, because Congress is prohibiting the move. The Postal Service announced in February it was going to end Saturday mail delivery as a cost-cutting measure, but Congress has passed a bill that does not allow it. The Postal Service’s Board of Governors says it now has no choice but to delay implementation of the five-day delivery plan.
