Mandarin Chicken Salad 19 Apr 13

2 cups chicken or turkey, cubed
1 tbsp minced onion
1 tsp salt
1 cup seedless green grapes
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup mandarin oranges, drained
1 cup salad dressing
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1 cup cooked macaroni rings
1 cup Cool Whip

Combine chicken or turkey, onion and salt. Refrigerate for several hours. Add grapes, celery, oranges, almonds, salad dressing and macaroni rings. Fold in Cool Whip just before serving.
