German Potato Salad 25 Apr 13

1-1/2 lbs potatoes, cooked and sliced
1 medium onion, sliced thin
6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/3 cup vinegar
2 tbsp flour
salt and pepper
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1/2 cup water
3 tsp sugar

Cook bacon until crisp. Drain off as much grease as you can. Add onion and cook 2 minutes. Add all other ingredients except potatoes and cook until slightly thick. Add sliced potatoes and blend well. Remove from heat and serve warm.
