Four people were injured in a crash on Highway 22 in Blue Earth County late Sunday morning. The accident occurred at just before Noon at the intersection with Maple Hill Road. 47-year-old Lisa Hauswedell of Tyler was heading southbound when she attempted to make a u-turn and was broadsided by a northbound vehicle driven by 59-year-old Ronald Vorwald of Worthington. Both drivers, along with Vorwald’s wife and 18-year-old son all suffered minor injuries and were treated at the Mankato Mayo Hospital. Everyone involved was wearing a seatbelt.
