A 22-year-old Cokato man facing over a dozen felony charges for a car crash that killed 3 people last year is scheduled to be in court today (TUE) for an Omnibus Hearing. Paul Anthony Wickenhauser has been charged with 15 felony counts, including several counts of criminal vehicular operation for the triple-fatality east of Willmar in August. A 68-year-old Atwater woman and her daughter-in-law and 8-year-old grandchild were all killed in the head-on crash. A 5-year-old was seriously injured as well. The Omnibus Hearing for Wickenhauser had been scheduled for early February, but was canceled and a new hearing set for today. The main purpose of an Omnibus Hearing is to determine the admissibility of evidence prior to a trial being held.
