St. Patrick’s Day Cake 18 Mar 13

1 white cake mix
1 – 3oz lime Jello
1-1/4 cups boiling water
1 – 3oz pkg instant pistachio pudding
2 drops green food coloring
1-1/2 cups milk
1 – 8oz Cool Whip, thawed

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix cake mix according to package directions and bake in a 9×13 inch pan for 30-35 minutes. After taking cake out of oven, make fork holes over top of cake. Mix boiling water and lime Jello and stir until dissolved. Pour over top of cake and let it run into the forked holes. Set aside. Mix pudding with milk and let thicken for 2 minutes. Add food coloring and Cool Whip. Spread over cooled cake and chill before serving.
