One person was injured when a semi-truck went off the road on Highway 169 in Le Sueur County early this (TUE) morning. The northbound Volvo semi tractor-trailer drove off the road and into the ditch on 169 at just before 3:30am. It then crashed through a fence and into some trees. The driver, 41-year-old Louis Nelsen of Mankato suffered non life-threatening leg and ankle injuries, and was taken to the Le Sueur Hospital for treatment. The State Patrol says that the highway was icy at the time of the crash.
