A New Prague woman suffered serious injuries when a fire broke out in her home Monday morning. Authorities say that 60-year-old Juanita Glynn escaped the blaze at her home on Shady Lane in New Prague and was able to make it to her neighbor’s house for help. She was initially hospitalized in New Prague before being airlifted to the Hennepin County Medical Center Burn Unit. She was reportedly burned on her hands, forearms, and back. Her current condition is unknown. The home sustained moderate damage, and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
