The DNR is reminding anglers that the deadline for removing ice houses from lakes in Southern Minnesota is today (MON). All permanent structures must be taken off lakes in the southern two-thirds of the state. Violators may be prosecuted, and your shelter could be confiscated or destroyed by a conservation officer. Temporary and portable shelters are still allowed on the ice.
