A stretch of Highway 169 between St. Peter and Mankato that had closed on Saturday is now open again. The steady rainfall and water runoff caused the southbound lanes of the highway to be shut down Saturday. A mudslide was also reported. Mn/DOT officials say that frozen culverts were also to blame.
