A final vote is expected in the Minnesota Senate today (MON) on a “Health Care Exchange” for the state. The Senate is expected to approve the bill, which would allow Minnesotans to pick from health policies pre-screened by a special board. The DFL-controlled House approved the Health Care Exchange measure last Thursday on a mainly party-line vote. Governor Dayton has said he will “enthusiastically” sign the bill when it reaches his desk.
