A 33-year-old Hanska man facing a felony drug charge in Blue Earth County failed to appear in court Wednesday for his sentencing, but no warrant will be issued for his arrest. That’s because Jesse Warren Brudelie is currently completing an in-patient drug-treatment program. He’s been charged with 5th-degree drug possession after authorities found methamphetamine in his hotel room in Mankato. A new sentencing hearing has been set for April 25th. Brudelie has been charged with numerous other crimes in recent years as well, including smuggling drugs into the Nicollet County Jail, burglary, theft, possession, assaulting a police officer and more.
